The basic rulebook doesn’t have any pre-generated warbands. For beginning players (such as myself), who want to try out the game, it is not straightforward to generate a warband and choose spells.
Do any of the supplements contain pre-generated warbands?

I doubt it. The warband generation is pretty easy to do. You get no more than 10 figures including a Wizard and an Apprentice. Should you choose the apprentice starting off, that costs 200 (or is it 250?) coins. The balance is spent on your henchmen. Starting out, I’d also recommend taking several expendables and a single strong warrior and maybe a couple of shooters. The expendables are for carting the treasure off the map. Other henchmen are for holding the line, getting more treasure and killing the enemy warband. More is usually better than less when it comes to numbers.
