The Furness Wargamers, a.k.a. Furness Warlords, are a games club that meet every Tuesday, running from 7pm to around 10pm, at the Abbey Road Baptist Church, Barrow in Furness, Cumbria.

Subs are £1.50 per night, 50p for concessions. First Night is free!

Running almost continually in one form or another since the 70’s, the Club covers a large section of the hobby, including…

Wargames – SciFi, Fantasy and Historical, Boardgames, RPGs, and Modellers/Painters.

We also run a number of weekend specials throughout the year at same venue.

I went to this club in 1977 whilst I was working in Barrow-in-Furness as a young man.  Very social.
