Hammer of Democracy- Army Lists

The Bolt Action army list books are very good for some inspiration on historically accurate forces.  What Bolt Action uses for a reinforced platoon would seem to work very well for what I would describe as a formation.  Each formation in an army getting an activation die using the method describe on P88 of the Hammer rules.
