Hi,
I have a 6mm model that I’m certain is a BMR600 but I don’t know who makes them!!
I’ve checked the usual suspects – CinC, GHQ, Heroics and Scotia – but I can’t see this model on any of their websites. What am I missing/who am I forgetting?
Help!

I was going to suggest having a trawl through the excellent resource that is Micro Armor Mayhem:
http://www.microarmormayhem.com/Armies.html
But I see he doesn’t have any Spanish….. The BMR600 is the Pegaso, right?
actually, not sure anyone makes much of any Spanish stuff….. And the only other manufacturer I can think of is Skytrex?
Sorry for not being much help!
Are you sure you’re certain?
The only thing I can think of in 6mm are the Chinese 6-wheeled APCs which look very like the Pegaso, made by Scotia (WZ-551), and I think GHQ make versions too.
The front of the WZ551 is more like the VAB than the BMR600, I’d post some pics but I only have them on my computer……
Skytrex don’t do 1/300th, they just go down to 1/200th I believe.

I’m hoping there’s a 6mm modern manufacturer out there still to be discovered, like Planet Nine!
How detailed is the model? And is it new looking?
They are pretty standard in detailing but are quite old – pre 2000 certainly.
I’ve posted pics in Fbook and Yahoo but no one as yet can provide a clear answer.

I wonder could it be an old ISM model? They produced some pretty niche stuff until they folded. There was also a UK manufacturer that disappeared round about the same time. I forget the name, but I think the detail on their models was relatively limited, and the range pretty mainstream WW2 and Cold War.
Intriguing! If you ever find out whodunnit, do let us know!
Wotcha Jonathan,
Looks like a BMR to me mate. I’ve a dim recollection that maybe Skytrex might have made a BMR and a CEV when they did 1/300th. I’m emailing Andy at H&R later, I’ll ask him as they have the old Skytrex moulds.
I’m with Jim, it’d be great to know where it is from – I could do with some as Pandur’s for my Austrians.
