    Once again & in association with Lincombe Barn Wargaming Society, IPMS Avon is hosting its annual show at the above venue.

    After the success of the previous 2 shows this year show is growing by almost 50% into a third hall!

    Also new this year is a 28mm Ancient’s competition using the fast play rules ‘Art de la Guerre’ organised by The Berkeley Vale Wargames Group, a display of RC tanks & a ‘wargames unit’category in the painting /modelling competiotions

    Ample free parking, hot & cold refreshments and of course a B&B stand!

    Check out the website at http://www.ipmsavon.org.uk/shows.php – although at the time of writing its not quite up to date. There will be 20+ traders & around 15 clubs representing the wargaming interest

    I shall be there with the Wings of War Aerodrome (I was thinking of taking my new parti game and letting the aerodrome chaps play themselves but its too late to sort out now)

    Craig, its very tempting to run my Stingray game but I think the Aerodrome guys would not be best pleased if I bailed on them at this stage. That said there are quite a few of them and if you were desparate (and if I could find a helper or two) I could run it. Let me know.

    And indeed the game won the award for Best Participation Game at the show 🙂
