    I put together what we know of ancient and early medieval Irish clothing and shield colours and the appearance of the Fénnid warrior cult.  If you are painting Irish figures it should be of interest.  There’s some stuff on the Fénnid too.  The whole thing is part of my research for putting together an Irish force for Comitatus.
