Has anyone any recommendations for 15mm figures and models to do an Italian force for the Desert War & East Africa, focusing on the 1940-1 period?

East Africa – Eureka have a dedicated range for the Italian Askari local forces, also suitable for the Abyssinian war. I’m biased as I helped get the range to production but they’re lovely figures. I must get mine painted! Email Nic when he’s back from Salute regarding the askari, as they’re produced but not on the website.

Eureka also do Bersaglieri including their tricycles, suitable for the desert and East Africa. http://www.eurekamin.com.au/index.php?cPath=87_102_109_685&sort=3a

I’d also include the figures from Peter Pig which are nice, and probably the Battlefront range too, although I’ve only seen them in blisters. QRF do some handy vehicles, including in their WWI range.
