Before the UK lockdown we had our last face to face game which was a Greek Myth style game of Osprey’s Ronin. Good fun was had by all and there are pictures a plenty on the new blog post:

Hard to remember the time before the great lock-down. Cool figures and interesting play. Thanks, for posting.

You where robbed (well slashed / hacked)!

I was impressed with the central stepped ruin – suits the game well.

I’m not sure where the central ruin came from, it may have been bought at a wargaming show. I’ll ask him.

Andrew, it’s one of Ameera’s vac-formed pieces glued to a plasticard base. It’s not a product for the lazy wargamer. I’ll be posting some pictures of the embellishing on my blog when I can be bothered but there some on my Instagram page already.

Thanks for posting this. I find the mythology gaming kind of fascinating. I’m almost tempted. Probably the closest I’ll get, though, is trying to find some Greek gods for my Trojan War stuff.

I love Greek mythology stuff so this was  cool to see and it looked like fun.

This past Autumn I got an all-in pledge for Mythic Battles: Pantheon.  It was expensive but it comes with a lot of miniatures (they are very nice). The game itself is a lot of fun, it’s a miniatures skirmish game that does away with terrain building – you play on boards.

Great to see other mythology gaming out there!
