Wow ! – please add a colour-me-impressed emoji ! – they look amazing – Congrats on the achievement….. That is a whole lotta lead…….
the massed brigade basing a la Blucher looks great – very inspirational – but I’m really digging the command stands as well – full of character…..
nice to see the technicolor panoramic shots in that new fangled videographic medium as well – loving the soundtrack too !
will allow you some pat-yourself-on-the-back time over Christmas, but then on with the Prussians, nicht war?

Thank you, that is very enthusiastic praise! And much appreciated! I’m glad people are enjoying the video, I may do the same with my Anglo-Allied army as well. The good thing about the Blucher bases is that they can be little vignettes as it doesn’t really matter how the figures are formed up on them, so there’s a lot of scope for doing something interesting.
Yep, Xmas will be a relaxed one and as soon as I have raised the war chest, I’ll crack on with the Prussians…

Good, you! I remember when you started this project and I have always been cheered by your updates! You just kept plucking away at it! This is beautiful stuff and a real showcase of how micro and pico scales can look just fantastic by giving a proper impression of mass!
We get slapped around, but we have a good time!18/12/2019 at 18:08 #128244
Thanks Thad, it’s good to see who has been following this as I progressed. I’m quite humbled by the good words people have shown today! Sometimes it felt like it would never finish, but I’m glad it has!

You can always start playing with card units before springing for the lead, find out if the rules float your boat.
