Please see here for a playtest of a version of WRG 1925-50 Armour & Infantry 2nd edition. the scenario for this test is the first battle in TooFatLardies’ ‘Kampfgruppe von Luck’ pint-sized campaign, featuring the struggle between a kampfgruppe of 21 Panzer Division and elements of 12 Para for control of the village of Le Bas de Ranville on D-Day.

I was a bit puzzled at first, as I thought the WRG rules were battalion level, not platoon. But it’s right on the title isn’t it? (Although as you point out the morale rules seem to contradict that a trifle).
Just for the record, in case you weren’t aware of it, the 2020 Ladies Special has an article on solo rules for CoC. That said, I like the way you were easily able to tweak your solo rules for various scenarios. Clever.13/01/2022 at 06:01 #167045WhirlwindParticipant
If it is in the 2020 Ladies Special, I am going to grab a copy right now… 😉

WRG 1925 to 50 works fine for a platoon if you want a quick game. A whole battalion creaks a bit, unless the elements are mainly tanks.
