Hey
how you resolve situation when your light wounded soldier in squad is down again.
If you have lets’s say regular 4 man squad where one man is light wounded, then due to some battle circumstances squad got 2 another hits. In that case hits are allocated to one healthy figure and one already wounded. So wounded man is serious wounded now or on first aid check next turn you just make standard first aid check and throw D6 to determine if he can be as unlucky to be dead ( 1on D6) or as lucky to fully recover (6 on D6)?
The previously wounded fellow makes a regular first aid check. The first aid check is actually checking for combat effectiveness. We don’t do increasing levels of wounds. You can either fight, or you can’t.
Hey
So, when previously light wounded fellow is wounded again the first aid check is made at the beginning of the new turn. Then if 6 on D6 was rolled (FA check) does wounded become stunned and his old light wound perish and does unit loses his casualty penalty?
No. If he rolls a 6 it just means he hasn’t become more seriously injured.
If he rolls another Light Wound, he still just lightly wounded.
If he rolls a Serious Wound, he’s no longer lightly wounded, he’s seriously wounded.
If he rolls a KIA, well, he’s done rolling for the rest of game. ๐
