    could anyone point me to a good map of the Battle of Tippermuir please, or a book that has one in?

    There is a map in ‘Famous by my Sword’ by Singleton. In short the Government forces are on higher ground on a more or less open battlefield. To their right is a wooded area and to their left a village.

    Anschluss published a small pamphlet about the battle in 1986, there are sketch maps of the troop dispositions and the progress of the battle in it. Long OOP of course
