I have decided to make a concerted effort to actually paint through some of my backlog, including the many armies I actually sell that I have yet to finish a force for myself.

First up are a whole mess of molemen from the army of the Firmament. Couple of shots are blurrier than I would like, I’ll have to invest in a new camera at some point.

Molemen Scrappers, a bit blurry, but wanted to get all of them in 1 shot

    A couple closeups:

I painted way too many of these.  By the end, the goggles…they haunted me

    Molemen Drillspears:

    A bit Closer:

Worldshard Carts, the source of the moles geomancy (at least in my head)

I still have 1 more molemen unit type to do, but I need a break from the goggles…so I think next up will be some stonemen units.

    Those are brilliant!

Coupled with the previews of the 6mm High Elves I’d be seriously considering downsizing my fantasy gaming if I lived the other side of “the Pond!” 🙂

There are 100 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who can work from incomplete data

    Thanks guys!

Managed to finish some more today due to the holiday.  I may have to reduce the overall model count of the planned army if I ever hope to finish them all though

Been painting these on and off for a while now, can never seem to find enough time. All that is left is to paint the pikemoles and this army project is complete.  At this rate, I should finish all of my armies in about 15 years or so 🙂

    Those are pretty nifty.

    Nice basing too.

They look splendid! What rules have you based them for?

Now THAT is a serious army!  Looking really really good.  I especially like the Stonemen and their giant friend.

    Thanks guys!

I based them on 40 x 20s for versatility.  Mostly for Lord and Lands, but I’d also really like to get a game in of With Sword and Shield at some point soon.

Man, talk about a lapse in progress, 5 years!  I think I am allowed to necro my own thread.

I’ve been painting up some 6mm Elven Kingdoms for my next potential Kickstarter project.  I figured painted pics might be a bit better this go round.  Just the spears mostly done this time.  I might go back and highlight some of their hands, and I need to finish the basing, but I am pretty happy with how they turned out.

Archers are about 60% finished, definitely had a harder time settling on a scheme for those.

Realizing I also never actually shared the completed army shots for the molemen:
