ParticipantI have just finished some more Judge Dredd figures, they come from the big batch of second-hand figures I bought at Derby the other weekend and there’s a few pictures on my blog:

ParticipantThe new one certainly is. The Stallone mess can easily be ignored…

ParticipantNice paintjobs! The urban litter looks to have worked out great.
I keep trying to recall where I’ve seen that figure you’re using as a cameraman before, but it’s not coming to me.

ParticipantThanks Rhoderic, if you can bring it to mind I would appreciate knowing as well. Just for my own interest.

ParticipantI think he’s probably meant to be a Jack Burton, looking at him again.
Any clue who makes him?

ParticipantThat Jack Burton figure is a limited edition one from North Star made in conjunction with the release of the “A Fistful of Kung Fu” ruleset. No longer available from the manufacturer, I think.

ParticipantThanks. I’ll have to keep my eye out for a used one.

ParticipantHasslefree also make a version of the same character BTW, but currently it seems to be only available as a very expensive resin master.
I also have a notion in my head that I’ve seen yet other versions of the character from other manufacturers, but I may be mistaken. I thought the Golgo Island range (East Riding Miniatures) had one but apparently not. There also used to be a range of miniatures inspired by Big Trouble in Little China available from some other manufacturer (can’t remember which) but I’m pretty sure it’s long OOP, and it may never have included a Jack Burton figure anyway.

ParticipantThanks. I’ll take a look around.
