I decided to take a break from painting and writing, to get another game in. As they hadn’t been on the table for a while, I dug out my Middle Earth party for Sellswords and Spellslingers as Hallas, the knight of Arnor, continues his watch on the Northern borders. http://grahamsgaming.blogspot.com/2020/04/more-middle-earth-sellswords.html
That was a tense fight, lots of bad guys! That poor soldier, gave his life for his captain, in effect. Hopefully that bear got distracted by the snagga carrion and didn’t chase after our heroes!

A superb AAR, Graham. Recent reports about SS&SS both here and on LAF have tempted me to give this game another go. I’d thought I’d preferred Rangers of Shadowdeep, but now think that judgement may have been hasty as the above game sounds like a lot of fun. Many thanks for the entertaining write-up!

Thank you gents, it was a lot of fun to play.
One of the things I like about Sellswords is the fact it’s so flexible and easy to adapt.
That’s quite the fight and a great read, thanks for posting this 🙂
