    JozisTinMan:

Very impressive indeed! Well done sir. And doing it all twice for a double blind capability, very impressive that. Congratulations on a job well done! Now it’s on to two large German Kampfgruppen and their supporting units.

    Cheers and good gaming:

    Rod Robertson.

The uniforms on the infantry are all wrong.  Too many buttons on the coats…and the button colors are wrong too! 😀

Looking good!  The beauty of 3mm is  that not a lot of effort is needed to make the minis look the part.

Thank guys! John just made me actually laugh out loud!

For the Germans, I am doing a 1944 Panzer division, understrength of course.  A lot of infantry to paint up, ironically, in the two panzer grenadier regiments.

Later, I am planning on doing Panzer III’s and T-70’s so I can wind the clock back to 1943.

Then, I can finally start playtesting rules.  I have 3 different potential firing systems rolling around in my head, but I am forcing myself to get the painting done first.  And it is giving me time to read.

Thank you!  All of the feedback from you guys is helping me stay focused.  If you look at the completion dates on my Kanban Board you can see my velocity was slowing, partially due to the holidays and grad school and work and partially due to project fatigue.

But, I am reinvigorated and I am going to try to do both Panzer Grenadier Regiments, times 2, in one batch.  I will start tonight!

If you need any testers, I have some 6mm miniatures itching for a fight.  They are Western Front but I suspect they will still work for armies.

I’ve been printing some horse and musket armies which are 2mm.  Not much different in size.  They look pretty cool setup on the table top.  I don’t have enough to play a game yet but I am hoping to cobble together something by the summer.
