Good looking terrain and figures, glad you are getting to game again.
Thanks, Kyote! Things are starting to fall into a rhythm again. Our nephew is headed back home today, but I plan to try the campaign with the solo deck. I don’t know why but I could not get my head around the rules just reading them, but pushing the the troops on the table, it makes perfect sense and is elegant and simple.

I’m the same way, I can read rules but not understand them until I play them.
That’s what any rules are all about. You can’t understand them till you play them.

Fair point… I don’t know why it took me so long to try them. They seem like a nice little set of skirmish rules in and of themselves too, and the perils and challenges really do drive a narrative.

Sounds like really fun games! Always good to get new rules up and going, especially if you enjoy them.
