I took stock of what I completed, what I still need to do, and what I changed for my 2023-2028 wargaming plans. In general a good start.

Indeed! A five year plan!
To highlight your impressive organizational skills, on a good week, I actually plan what I’m playing next weekend. Usually it’s an email, or text on a Friday, asking what are we doing this Sunday? Or, like last Sunday, I showed up with no idea what I was going to be doing, or who would be there. (For the record, Big Battle DBA Classical Indians versus Classical Indians).
Well here at Elko, the local group uses Tuesdays for GW stuff and Thursdays for open gaming. Since we focus on quick pick up games (playable in 1-2 hours) there is little planning needed.
Impressive result.
Will be interesting to compare each year how close you came and what inflation did to your budget…
