    FPW

    I’m not sure when this range first appeared mine are in softer metal so are not the original offering.  They are true 15mm and not without charm.

    I’ve not repainted them just rebased and reflagged the units.  I will end up with two smallish forces sufficient for Field of Battle and Battle Command.

    Oh, I remember the infamous Freikorps metal.  A lot of my old Hellenistics were from them.  Can’t remember exactly when I got them – eighties?

    But I am intrigued by your mention of Battle Command.  I’ve read through them, and they seem quite promising.   Have you tried them yet?  What are your thoughts?

    I think eighties too Tony.

    I have not tried Battle Command yet.  Agree it reads well.  My first game is going to be with my ACW stuff or FPW if the units are ready.  I think it should give really good FPW games.
