Online Order: What Does "In Picking" Mean

They are picking the items from their stock bins.

AFAIK it’s the same word in the US of A. I don’t recall meeting the term until I worked in a warehouse.

I worked in a warehouse for a few weeks once. I was a ‘picker’.

Basically it means just what it says. You pick the items listed on the order and parcel them up ready for despatch!
