Is it just me? When I click on a link in a post here, it always seems to open in the same window and I lose The Wargames Website. I would find it more convenient if links opened in a new window. Then, when I have finished, I can just close it and be back at TWW in the same place!

Being computer illiterate, I don’t know if this is the way the forum is set up, whether it can be changed, or something to do with my settings?

    Depends how people post them.
If they just paste a link it will open in the same window, if people use the LINK button in the text toolbar tab you have the choice on how you want it to open.

Or you can hover the mouse and right click and use open in new tab/window…

Dunno about mobile devices, I don’t browse TWW on me iPad

Tip for when you’re on a computer: middle-click will open a link in a new tab (at least in Chrome and Firefox).
