My attempt at the first battle in the new Too Fat Lardies’ pint-sized “Operation Martlet” campaign http://hereticalgaming.blogspot.co.uk/2015/12/too-fat-lardies-campaign-operation.html. I used WRG’s 1925-1950 set for the tactical rules and used Martin English’s “Threat Generation System” published in Miniature Wargames magazine. All elements combined very well to produce a tense and unpredictable game! Using a “company-level” rule set for a “reinforced platoon-level” game helped to produce a fast game on a small table.

Your linky is broken, fella. But I found the report anyway and enjoyed it.
Hmm, I wonder what I did wrong there. This one:

In the first link you put a dot after html, the second one has no dot and works fine.
Interesting to see this as I am due to have a bash at this on Saturday.
I’ve gone with a different support list though.
