Stroezie
ParticipantStarted painting my Pocket Quest miniatures. They are all from Perfect six miniatures and are great 6mm figures full of character and easy to paint.
lets start with the heroes shall we
And the first of the orcs
My pictures really don’t do these figures any justice, the glare blots out a lot of the details but I only have my phone camera at the moment so they’ll have to do.
That’s it for now, more orcs, a troll and rock golem to follow soon (I hope).
Cheers,

ParticipantYou seem to have only posted thumbnail-sized pics (which may explain the lack of replies for the first few days) but I found the full-sized ones on your blog. Very impressive! Love the adventurers especially – so much character in such tiny pieces!

ParticipantThanks for the heads up Rhoderic, I’ve fixed them now, don’t know how that happened, oh well.
Here’s a pic of all the orcs together
and the Rock Golem and Troll( with barbarian for size)
And to complete the collection a pic of the swarms mounted on the bases that came with the game.
The stirges were made by myself and are not included in the game.

ParticipantNow I can see them I like themΒ
You paint 6mm better than I paint 15mm (not hard considering my lack of painting skills), those are wonderful π

ParticipantIf you do you won’t be disapointed. It is a very nice product and a great little toolbox for solo/co-op dungeon fun. I’m already thinking of ways to tweek it for an ancient greek campaign using Rapier miniatures greek myth figures.

ParticipantLooking good Stroezie, and very strangely, I also picked up some Rapier Greek myth stuff from Joy of Six last year so I could a mini Jason & the Argonauts style game, I have some notes somewhere stating out various creatures Pocketquest style, i’ll dig them out and send them on to you, might save some work
And yes Mike, Pocketquest is now available – my bad for being a bit slack recently and not putting it out on the forums I visit.

ParticipantFor those that may be interested, I have just updated the pocketquest page with a few new rules to represent Perfect6’s Dragon knights and Boulder golems

InactiveLove that 6mm fantasy has grown so much recently. π. Β I would go push on “another board” for a 6mm Fantasy sub-board again but… Well, it is another example of the fallen nature of two humans. Β π. Plenty of blame for all involved. Β π
Gives me more time here π and, in theory, painting. π±
