I was wondering if anyone was using any of the Peter Dennis’ paper soldier sets? How do the costs work out on a home printer/copier?

No idea, but the cost to my mental health cutting the bloomin’ things out was high.
For the sake of balance, the buildings are very good and the ECW book is worth buying for the rules alone!

I saw that a blogger had gone to the copy shop and had the figure scale increased to 40mm, that seemed a good way to go.

Just saw this post sorry I did not reply earlier, several of the online books sellers have discounts (if not on now they may do them later on next year) on lots of Peter Dennis paper soldier books at the moment, it may work out cheaper just buying 5 books than printing them out yourself. Yes it is time consuming cutting and trimming but can be relaxing.
Maybe go for the Wofun Miniatures plexiglass pre-painted figures, not cutting.
