The saga of Piggy Longton (1471 – Imaginations) continue, with Jack the spy master ensconsed at the tavern, trying to find where The King has been hidden – the wheels are in motion for a battle and a surprise ambush.

They will follow with the battle report. The link at the bottom of the post has a previous battle account that shows the armies.
Glad to see that the chronicles of Piggy Longton haven’t been lost in the mists of time. Love the jester figure; did that inspire you when you created the scenario, or was it just happy happenstance?
Quite looking forward to the battle, especially with the new and expanded edition of Never Mind the Billhooks on the horizon I hear. I do know you used Sword & Spear, but it’s all about the period.
That said, I’d like to try S&S someday, but sadly there’s only so many rulesets I can spring on the club! And a dearth of time – there’s only so many Sundays I can play.
