Having just finished the reinforcing of my 3mm forces, I now took them for a spin, playtesting a new set of as-yet-unnamed micro armor rules.
The CSA was fighting the Solar Bloc for control of a shield generator and it’s powerstation. The winner would be able to land more forces to solidify their claim to the area:
The battlefield, just before first contact.
The Solar Bloc.
The Solar Bloc’s mechanized infantry put their anti-tank weapons to good use!
The CSA assault the entrenched Bloc infantry.
The full AAR, along with some fleshed-out background can be found on the blog:

For a set up that small, that all looks rather grand. Great report!
Thanks Earther, with the limited space I’ve got 3 and 6mm is a perfect fit!
I played another playtest this weekend, some tweaks and changes to the rules.
And quite uncommonly, its played on a board that is not my desert one, but a Jungle!
Infantry fightfight across the fences.
A Chevalier tank gets blown up!
And the aftermath of the battle.
A fun game, and the tweaks and changes made it better still!
