To help get the Pulp groove on overe here, I am presenting a simple gallery of some of the Pulp Alley leagues used by myself, friends and family.

The Investigators (left to right) – Sean “Buster” Malone, Margaret “Maggy” Malone, Omar Jaffar, Dr. Helena Sigurdson, P.D. Hitchcraft, Uder Brotten, and Pierre LeBeau

Zakaar and The Moonstone Guardians (left to right) – Roku & Doba, Nabba the “Ghost Killer”, Zakaar, and M’wapi.

Countess Velasco’s Treasure Hunters (left to right) – Aldo, Bronzini, Countess Velasco, Zelda, and Theo.

The Gold Lama and his sidekick, Talaga the Yeti

I have more just no group shots of them yet. A lot of unpainted Pulp lead still.

I purchased Pulp Alley just over a week ago now, and I am busy paiting up the figures in my lead pile to get my leagues up and running, so this is helping with the groove

Pulp Alley is such a wonderful rules set. I play it with my youngest daughter most of the time. So many options for characters and figures.

Almost makes me want to play.
But I guess I would be more Skycaptain and league of Extra than doc savage and so on..

Joe, those characters fit in perfectly.

My leagues range from heroes with pluck and skill to mystics.

The Investigators are all pretty much normal humans. Omar and P.D. have minor abilities that border on the paranormal.

The Gold Lama is full on mystic arts from the ancient East.

Zakaar and his band are pure Lost World fantasy with an undead Lizardman prince and a boy with an ancient Atlantean magic stone.

The major advantage I find in Pulp Alley is that the abilities are, for the most part, open thematically. One of our leagues features an evil scientist who has as a Shooting stat and Mind blast all themed to his Mentallo Sphere – a psionic weapon.
