Repairing Moulds?

I have just made some moulds and one has an air bubble in it.
(RTV silicone style for resin casting)
Not the end of the world at all, but can it be corrected?

I am wondering if simply applying some more silicone to the hole would work, or would that plug simply be pulled out in the first use?
