Does anyone know of a good source for spare 28mm swords in scabbards? This would be for the late ancient to Dark Age European periods.
I bought the Gripping Beast plastic Dark Age Warriors pack recently and none of the figures are wearing sword scabbards. I’d like to find about 25-30 of them to attach to the figures.

Front Rank EQ58 £3.10
8 to a pack, four variants. One is a scimitar-y thing that might not be much use to you
I think Magister Militum and Mirliton have some too.
At the prices charged for weapons packs, 30 could get expensive though.

Obvious contrarian and passive aggressive old prat, who is taken far too seriously by some and not seriously enough by others.
Thanks for those suggestions. The Magister Militum swords look good and I didn’t even think of checking there. I mainly associate MM with 10mm figures.

I believe Essex Miniatures and Redoubt Miniatures do a selection of swords in and out of scabbards.
Or you could try flatting dress makers pins or veneer pins with a hammer and anvil the cost of these are about £2.50p for 200+. Cheap but time consuming.
