Interesting the way the firing works, focusing on effect on the receiver rather than the skill of the firer. I suspect that superior shooters (that can fire more quickly due to better training) give a modifier to the targets rolls?

Thank you for an excellent review, I bought these rules a few months back and find them very innovate. I think they make the gamer use 18th century tactics and not wargame table tactics.
