No such thing as a daft question, though this’ll come pretty close! You activate a unit move it within 12″ of the baddies and let fly, said baddies then get to have a pop back. Next activation you move another unit within 12″ of the same baddies and pile it on… do they get to fire back at these new assailants?

I let them in our games as I like to see my Heroes going under with all guns blazing, what say the brethren?

The “proper” answer is that they get to shoot back each time, but if you want to leave it at once per turn, you won’t break nuffin’.

That’s the spirit! I’m the Ivans this weekend and plan to storm forward with all guns blazing and crush the fascists… no matter how much they shoot back!

Remember, if you fall over from getting shot, its because of insufficient belief in victory over the fascist vipers

For Soviet smg/rifle mixed squads, I usually give them a harder time shooting above 12″ but a bonus within 12″.

Seems to encourage the reds to get up in Fritz’s business.

If you are doing single figure squads, just make sure to have lots of SMG types ๐Ÿ™‚
