Work continues with the Black Seas model ship collection with the addition of three British 74’s to join the frigate and brigs detailed in the last post.

In addition, the first enemy vessel has joined the collection with the USS Constitution providing a pleasant distraction from the all that red and ochre.

I have also posted a video clip detailing some of the paints used and other modeling tips I have garnered from these initial builds.

These makes me want some of my own.
I really like the shadow on the sails, on the second picture I thought it was just lighting but I’m pretty sure they’re painted or printed.

    Tired is enough.
