About half of the Army of the Duchy of Saxe-Tübbio deploys into battle order outside of a crossroads village somewhere in Biche-Pliese.
A battalion of Jaegers is in the woods, screening the road while a regiment of Fusiliers marches towards the village. To the left, two further regiments of Fusiliers have shaken out into battle order. To their front, Hussars probe forward while a Dragoon regiment covers the far left flank.
In the center of it all, General Emmanuel Schnockered observes the maneuvers while pensively sipping from a hip flask.
All figures are 3mm from O8’s SYW line. The terrain is felt colored with artists’ pastels and etc. All set up on my new portable gaming table.

I think I am going to have to go with canvas for the roads, however. The felt is just too thick.

How big are the bases? How many troops to a base?07/09/2019 at 23:27 #121589
Bases are standard wargame counters: 1/2 inch square. There are 18 infantry and 4-8 cavalry per base, depending on cavalry “weight”.
