Finally some finished miniatures:
More pics can be found at my blog: Legion of Ever Present, part 21
There were some miniatures rules for Tékumel that came out years or even decades ago, and the writer of one of them is working on a revamped edition. Personally, I am looking at using other fantasy rules and adjusting them for Tékumel. HoTT has an army listing for Tékumel armies.
Love the blue! Thanks for sharing your figs.
I was introduced to Tekumel at conventions in Cleveland in the early 1980s. There was a guy (from Pittsburg, I think) that used to run wonderful miniatures games every year.
Yep, working – slowly! – on a new edition of my miniatures rules. The thing is older then my oldest daughter, for heaven’s sake, and I thought I’d better do an update… 🙂
Lovely figures, too!

Yep; that would have been Andrew Lornice, a great guy.

Does anyone do Ssu or Hluss figures? Or, on a slightly different note, Chulik or Rapa figures from the Dray Prescott books?
Yes, that’s the guy. Used to come up to NOWScon at the Brook Park armory. Last saw him just about 30 years ago, but still remember his games.
@Mike. Eureka Miniatures apparently did a 28mm Tekumel range a few years back.
I did, in the old 25mm Old Guard/Ral Partha line after I bought it from Ral Partha. These are now long out of production; but there is hope; I recently sold the line. We’ll see what happens.

Eureka was the contract caster for The Tekumel Project; they did not own any of the new 28mm line. Howard is now using RAFM as his caster.

I’d pay a fat chunk for some crisp 28mm Ssú and Hluss figures for my Gondwana mashup.
