This Friday I and friends attended the National Army Museum presentation by respected historian and author of forty books on the Zulu War Mr Ian Knight entitled “Then the Red Soldier”
Ian looked at the lasting impact of the war on both the British and Zulus one hundred and forty years since and on the anniversary of the Battle of Khambula.
If you would like to know more then just follow the link to JJ’s where I have summarised his presentation together with some pictures of Zulu War items held in the NAM London.
