Sonic Sledgehammer has been painting some of the Heresy figures over the last couple of days.

First up is the yellow Imperial Fists (13 mins)

Today has been Death Guard summary (under 2 mins)

Not a Beaky in sight yet 🙁

Current space marines are about 40mm tall iirc, so no. Not at all I suspect.

I would expect / hope for them to match the Space Marines from a few years ago rather than the current Primaris Marines BUT even the ‘traditional’ ones have grown over the years. I’ve not seen a full side by side but a few pictures and drawings are available here from the Primaris intro. and a longer timeframe here.

I cannot find anything (ignoring / excepting rumours) – it is a bit odd that GW are clearing some significant HH stock out at Forgeworld via ‘Last Chance to Buy‘ as some are key bits of kit (Rhino / Spartan / Books).

I GUESS that this is getting ready for a new release as I doubt the moulds are worn out on a lot of things at once but thats accuracy is worth the electrons I’ve used posting it 🙂

I did wonder if its a joint release under the ‘old-hammer’ theme but I really cannot fathom out this ‘new’ GW release style (or attitude TBH) but I’m not a fan-boy or follower now (wallet breaths big sign of relief).
