This 28mm Life is the blog I’ve been running for the past ten years of thereabouts. It started as a means to post my 28mm sculpting efforts (hence the title). As it is, there was an illness in the family which ended sadly and the sculpting suffered for it and I pretty much ceased sculpting afterwards.

Anyway, the blog became my general wargaming blog and includes 28mm, 15mm, 6mm, tiny scale ancient naval and even tinier scale spaceship stuff. There is everything from Ancients to sci-fi. Recently I’ve been delving back to my fantasy roots – painting a lot of figures and searching for the elusive perfect set of rules. Make that the elusive perfect set of rules for every period!

I update it a few times every month so, hopefully, it doesn’t get stale. Here are some pics from my latest post:

I’ve added a Reaper Bones Jabberwock to my collection. As with just about everything I do, there’s a write up and more pics on my blog at:

I don’t really know if it’s worth continuing this thread, but I will for the time being.

I’ve decided to put together an undead warband for use in both Saga: Age of Magic and Dragon Rampant. I’ve had the figures sitting around for a while and they’re are easy to paint so I’m hoping I can get the whole lot done with one week.

I like the grey bones – much better than the normal cream you see all over.

Great set of figures and blog.
