I ran my simple D-6 Conan fantasy game last night for my new Grandkids. They had a blast and I hope to run more for them in the future. The rules are an outgrowth of my Zombie rules. I don’t remember who makes the Conan figure but the other hero figures and dog came from Irregular Miniatures Tusk packs. I also don’t remember who made the Orcs as I’ve had them for 30 years and this was the first time they have been on the table!!!! Terrain from Crom’s Anvil and Battlefront.
Sounds like you intended for there to be photos with your post?
I forgot to take pictures as I was running the game for them. That and I only know how to post them on Facebook.
Sounds smashing, Kyote! Good to get the little ones hooked early and it will be fond memories for the rest of their lives… My oldest grandkid is 2, so I figure I will have her playing WRG 6th edition next year…

They liked my Zombie game but this will be more D&D like though much much simpler. That and I get to use painted 30-year-old figures.
Are you using homebrew rules or some ruleset? Sounds like a great set-up: Conan meets LoTR!
Love to see some pictures next time.
The rules are homebrew and as simple as I can make them.
Well done, sir!
