I placed an order back in January with Little Corporal, which is still showing as pending.
I have emailed them repeatedly, phoned them & sent a message through Facebook messenger. never heard anything back.
Has anyone been in touch with them recently or heard of any reason why their comms could be down ?

As you may have seen, for several months from June to December of last year, I have been out of the business due to severe health issues. This has created a backlog of orders to be processed and in many cases procured from the USA.

I cancelled the order once he got in touch with me. His special offer was too successful and he had to cast a lot of models to fulfil the orders placed and would have been a long delay before dispatch, so I ordered some stuff from Museum miniatures instead.

Which method did he eventually respond to? I’m in a similar boat with an order from December last year, got one email in June promising further correspondence and nothing in response to my queries either side of that. I can see that he’s updating Instagram and Facebook very regularly (am not particularly happy at having to resort to the latter after a decade of ignoring it). Unfortunately still waiting for the refund too. It’s a shame that the people losing out seems to have been the ones giving him the benefit of the doubt over shipping issues and health.
It’s taking quite a bit of figurative tongue-biting to keep the largely one-way correspondence courteous, especially when the (still unfulfilled) promise of a refund came with an offer of a discount to reorder the items “when they do arrive” and “which are expected soon”. Hiya Idle, he was showing off his new stock so I commented that if he had money to buy new stock then surely he could refund me. On another of his posts advertising something I said something like why would anyone buy this when they probably would never get it.
I deleted my comments when my refund came and also deleted my Facebook account which I started solely to contact him.
