ParticipantI just noticed that there are two pdf scenario packs for Tomorrow’s War on the AAG website. Do these packs offer expanded rules and/or new attributes along with the scenarios?

ParticipantDid you buy these Darryl?
i might have to have a look myself.
Curious that them seem to have arrived when a new edition is being suggested (is that right or is it just FoF?)

ParticipantI’ve not bought them yet, and alas, I’ve not heard from Shawn from AA either. I’m a little hesitant to order anything as I am not even sure the AA website still functions.
UPDATE – Okay, I went ahead and placed my order on the AA site for these two TW pdfs. Paid via PayPal, download was available immediately after payment was completed.
ToT is 18 pages and contains three scenarios.
FoH is 15 pages, also contains three scenarios, along with background information and some vehicle data.
While they are neat additions to the TW system, nothing really grabs me to make them worth $5.00 each. FoH is the better of the two for me as it sticks with hard sci-fi. ToT dabbles into areas I do not care for (think zombie)

ParticipantSorry, Shawn never got back to me.

ParticipantThanks for the replies. Shame the scenarios didn’t live up to the high standards AA have set.
I think I’ll wait to see what happens with any new edition.

ParticipantI know Shawn and family have had some issues over the last couple of years, but the lack of activity here doesn’t bode well for any future releases. Even the occasional update post would go a long way in keeping consumer confidence high.

Sorry, I just noticed this post. I have them both. To answer your question, yes and no. They do not offer any new rules, other than special scenario rules.
Trilogy of Terradalla: Offers three scenarios, each one based on the recollections of one of three surviving security officers.
Arturo’s Story involves Dennet Security defending against freebooters intent on looting the warehouse, special rules for looting.
Benedict’s Story is a rescue mission/search and destroy mission, special rules for alien leaders and alien infection.
Conrad’s Story has Dennet Security defending against a corporate commando raid prior to invasion. Special rules for destroying buildings.
The Fall of Hanhai offers an insurgency campaign on a PRC colony world. The book details the colony, forces involved, vehicle data, troop stats and scenario special rules.
Power Armor to a Knife Fight: Sakhan Liberation Army Insurgents ambush a squad of PRC Power Armour.
Convoy Run: SLA insurgents intercept a PRC convoy.
Executive Departure: Mercenary forces attempt to evacuate a PRC executive.
If you’re into the TW setting, then these provide expanded info on parts of that universe. If you’re not then they’ll still be useful.
If you’re just after new rules then you will more than likely be disappointed, as there are no new rules, beyond some vehicle and troop stat blocks and simple scenario special rules.
For a measly $5 each, I think they’re worth it, if only for the scenarios and as an inspiration to creating your own scenarios.
