    1513

Here are my Valois French for Lion Rampant 1513.  About half of them are conversions using Green Stuff.  I got a bit plume happy at one stage.

You can see some of the cavalry here.

There are more pics and a few thoughts on my blog.

    I love this period.

    Great stuff!

What a shame Henry is going to come over and duff them up (possibly).

Love the work you’ve done on these.

Maximilian’s going to get upset when those Landsknechts don’t come back when called!

    Thanks very much Guy.

I’ve just set out Henry’s lads ready for their photo call tomorrow, light permitting.

It also occurs to me that a Retinue of Algerian Corsairs would add considerably to the 1513 fun.  They frequently raided into south west England and Ireland and France for slaves and loot and I have some Turks currently under occupied.

Thanks William glad you liked ’em.

I photographed the Tudor Retinue this morning as the light was good.  I will post them on TWW later in the week.
