Once again I will be running the annual event on Sunday 3rd October 2021 at the Scout Hut, St. Georges Playing Fields, Old Hale Way, HITCHIN. Herts. SG5 1XL (signposted Hitchin Rugby Club at roadside entrance). The event will open at 10am and finish at 3pm (sellers can gain access to hall from 8am). Admission to the event is free for the public to attend. Booking tables for sellers is needed, see later. Refreshments will be available (Tea / Coffee), which is not normally charged for (donations always gratefully received). The format remains the same with local clubs / societies associated with wargaming / Model Making and Gaming and some individuals, selling there unwanted items. There is generally one or two local traders / games stores who also attend and bring along some amazing deals. Once again there are tables for hiring to sell items to those attending. Please contact Peter Day the organiser on [email protected] if interested in taking a table (or two). Tables cost in the region of £9.00 to hire for the day. The event area has free parking (either at the venue or in nearby roads). The hall is accessible to most, although wheelchair access is difficult due to step outside into the hall. Children are welcome but only with an attendant adult. NB – event subject to current situation at the time and there maybe some need to adjust. I will keep this updated.
