Just stuck a post up on my blog trying to decide what 20mm WW2 force to do next…

    Any thoughts?

They are not on your list but I’d like to see you do Eastern Front Italians.  If only to highlight how poor mine are!

I must admit… I am tempted to do some Axis allies for the Eastern Front.

Was drawn to Slovaks (as my mate has done Hungarians) and don’t fancy Romanians… But Italians… Hmmm…

Certainly a popular choice… and I do have my messenger on horseback…

How about some Dutch or Belgians? Not on most peoples lists (they’re on mine in 10mm) but fun to game with I’m sure.

I’d go for Red Army 45 and then the Commandos off the list.

How about some some Gerirgsjager. When I was a kid a friend of mine had the old Airfix ones and I couldn’t find any in Ireland to save my life. I’ve been harbouring a desire to do some but since it will require some terrain adjustments I’m waiting for winter to hit before I have a stab at it. Not sure about 20mm availability but I’m sure for someone creative as you this wouldn’t pose a problem.

I see Caeser do some in 1:72  but not sure but I think they’re quite a large scale compared to your usual AB?

I’d also like Ivan’s suggestion I’d also like to attempt some Commandos sometime.

Funnily enough I was just looking at some new DAK releases from Wartime and wondering if I could mod them in Gebirgsjager for Crete…
