I usually set Monday nights aside for gaming – my friend tries his best to come around to play on Monday nights, but real life is a fickle misstress, so it doesn’t always happen.
If I am gaming solo, that usually happens in the evenings or on a weekend if I have the time.
I tend to try and paint either early morning, or during afternoon tea breaks, but that depends on my eyes and how they are feeling when I try to paint19/02/2017 at 21:45 #58232Norm SParticipant
I do face-to-face on a Friday evening and have done for 30 years. We alternate between each others homes and the host chooses the game.

There is no pattern for me really, I just navigate around work. If I get busy at work, gaming is reduced to me reading what others do on the forums, and if not busy, then any week night or weekend can be hobby time.20/02/2017 at 02:09 #58238McKinstryParticipant
Either Saturday or Sunday gaming. Painting, basing, prepping etc. as the mood strikes and opportunity presents, usually in the evenings.

If I’m doing a project, then generally an hour or so of painting weekday evenings, and longer at the weekend which is when I tend to do all the administrative stuff (undercoat, basing etc).
Club night is Wednesday, so that is when gaming happens.

Whenever time and obligations permit (and sometimes when even when it doesn’t)
Sadly not to much face to face gaming at the moment.

My painting and gaming time is very much dictated by work. I used to paint in the morning before work while having my morning coffee, and my friend and I had a regular Tuesday evening gaming session. Work has since moved me away, and I only get home at weekends, so I find myself painting on Saturday mornings when time and enthusiasm permit. I’m hoping we can organise a Saturday gaming session, but that is harder to timetable than the weekday one was.20/02/2017 at 11:23 #58255PatGParticipant
Weekends generally but I am starting a program of working on game stuff for 30 minutes every night during the week. It’s less about gaming and more about decompressing.20/02/2017 at 13:38 #58260willzParticipant
I am lucky as I only work 20 hours a week, I can normally get a couple of hours of painting / modelling a day, sometimes life things get in the way. As to gaming very infrequently at the moment, currently I get to push my soldiers across the table solo (BNM).21/02/2017 at 12:32 #58323AnonymousInactive
Still adjusting to retirement but Saturday a friend hosts games once or twice a month.21/02/2017 at 13:20 #58328Northern MonkeyParticipant
Wednesdays and most Thursdays are game nights (club and friends respectively), painting etc is done when the kids are in bed, and weekends when time allows.

Monday nights at the club. Occasional Saturdays/Bank Holiday Mondays at the club too. Even more occasionally at someone’s house/shed.24/02/2017 at 17:39 #58457Ivan SorensenParticipant
Evenings for fiddling with projects, gaming in the afternoons on a day off.
Reading tends to be late evenings and writing is any time of the day basically.
