QRF have a tractor somewhere in their range, but I’d probably just look at some of the diecast metal toys around which are often somewhere around 1/87 to 1/100 in scale.

You may find something in a model rail TT scale range.

Removed as my picture of the Star Wars Sand crawler being pulled by a tractor has gone of the web and my Googlefoo is weak today.

If you have access to a 3d printer you could print this Kharkiv Tractor from Thingiverse.
