ParticipantI suppose it will also depend on what scale of battle you are doing as to how common they should be. A platoon game probably shouldn’t see that many tanks full stop, let alone Tigers. At division level you should be seeing more but how many? Yes you probably should see them represented but not every tank should be one.

ParticipantWe use Action Stations for our costal forces games. Lots of fun but the movement and turning gets confused sometimes. We’re planning an all day convoy game with them at the start of November, should be good but thinking of tweaking the air rules a bit.

ParticipantOn the left handed thing, the SLR can be fired left handed but the L85 (SA80) is purely a right hander as the casings will eject straight into your face left handed.

ParticipantThanks for the replies. I’ll probably stick with PP as I’m specifically after rifle grenades for the French and 50mm mortar for the Germans which others don’t seem to do.

ParticipantI would like like to do Amiens 1918 eber since studying it for a staff ride a few years back. The British empire at its peak and the start of the hundred days. Combined arms and movement. It has everything you’d expect from a WWII battle.

ParticipantHi, I’m Dave Yeeles and I’m a wargaming butterfly although I tend towards the twentieth century. I have a large pile of unpainted lead and half finished projects although budgetary constraints are forcing me to be more disciplined these days.
I did have an idea for a brilliant kickstarter project but a change of job means I no longer have enough time to spare for it. Maybe when my kids are older.
