Great work on those interiors. Looking forwards to seeing more.
Cheers, Jim! I’m thinking about my next greenskin team already.
I prefer my post apoc not to be too fantasy heavy. I can cope with a few mild mutants, but start chucking psychic powers and monsters everywhere and you’ll be losing my interest. Mad Max is more my thing.
A specific zombie apocalypse is fine, as you get the tensions between survivor groups a la ‘Walking Dead’. But, again, start chucking in mix of slow and afast zombies, psychic zombies, special weird ability zombies, etc, and I’m out.
I thought Khurasan had Soviets in 15mm.
Eureka has Soviets and US (and post-Cold War Germans) in 28mm
I, personally, prefer the ‘heavy/ medium/ light’ approach to ‘178mm of RHA at an angle of 63 degrees’.
That’s sounds like what Ambush Alley/ Force on Force does. One die per figure, and extra dice for support weapons, rolled as a fireteam without worrying about exactly who shot who or who is standing where. It works.
Pete, your site is a superb resource. I hope you can get the support you need to maintain the rulesets.
There are pics from various GenCon coverage sites; I’d say 28mm. Those are 16mm dice.
I always wanted to do Western Desert in 1:300. I’d look at Spearhead, it has a desert war supplement as well.
Can’t believe I’ve missed your blog previously. Very nice.
Gamer & painter from Newcastle, Australia. Plenty of grasshopper interests as seen on my blog.
I’m excited by this new website, a chance to start afresh, and I wish it all the best.
