I enjoyed the Historical Silver Bayonet scenario and though the game mechanics had much to recommend it.  I will be looking at similar mechanics in my own Solo Silver Bayonet games.

If John agrees, I’d be up for it. You could either copy the ones already published in MW or I could add additional details and images.

I accept that this months Aeronef scratch build is a little unusual, but I think keeping the subject matter different with every months publication helps to show something new and keeps the keeps it interesting.

It was great fun to build and paint.

    I feel I have to reply…..

The use of the EPIC SCALE in the title was purely shorthand to identify the scale as Warlord Games Epic ACW scale. It was never meant to be anything other than a simple way for me to identify the model as suitable for the Warlord Games ACW figures and rules or 12mm (or there about’s).

I still feel that this is justified in this instance, but in future Warlord Games tutorials maybe I’ll find another piece of shorthand.

First and foremost the magazine must capture your attention with a great cover and a mixture of article styles and content. I find single themed magazines less interesting than magazines that cover many styles periods and genre’s.

I also like to see great ‘eye-candy’, well painted miniatures or terrain in well set out images.

Finally for this short response. I want to see something that is going to be of practical use to me, an interesting article which I can use, a fun scenario that can be converted to my preferred game system or a tutorial that I think is worth the cover price.

    I hope that this helps.
