Paypal can occasionally freeze payments due to certain trigger words being detected for offensive items, locations or whowever the current politcal enemy is  – I had a list of them once but I can try and find them deep in the bowels of my PC.

It was only for a game where I wanted a behemoth –  (I thought he was from Dark Alliance for some reason so thanks for pointing that out).

For 15mm I do use the 1/72 Orcs as Trolls – There are one or two figures in the Dark Alliance Orc kits that suit as the odd figure has no shield or is armed with a club like weapon. (Their half-Orcs don’t suit)

I use the beast from the Dark Alliance goblin packet as my 15mm mega-monster. Most other monsters in my possession are RalPartha\Demonword or 1/72 Dark alliance figures as 15mm stand-ins.

I have a set in front of me and to be honest a lot of the later Airfix stuff was a terrible casting. (My older figures are the same plastic colour.)

 

Recent WW1 figures are brutal.

3 are Airfix British Hussars.

2 are one of the Italeri French Line kits, they seemed to revert to the Esci mould after that

Plugins can be a pain for compatibility and performance, as if Mike also upgrades wordpress he will find most stop working (mainly due to most plugins being a person hobby and they fix them when they get round to it).

It gets too hot here to paint at times in summer – paint dries as quick as a flash on the brush.
