Shock, Horror! No new releases this week!
21st May 2022
As usual, the first item on the news update is the infamous ‘magic number’, which is #20591. It’s a little short of where I’d expected, but there are a number of orders cast and awaiting packing that will be done early next week.
Moving on, yes, it had to happen. A regular weekly update with no new releases Sorry to disappoint and all that, but we’ve been so busy getting ready for Partizan this coming weekend that we’ve not had time to do all that photography and data entry malarkey. Anyway, some of you have been complaining about, ‘not being able to keep up’, or some such nonsense, so we can all have a rest now, can’t we? As a result, here are a couple of random photos from the class of 22 to keep you occupied.
There’s still loads more to come, but so far this year we’ve released over one hundred new vehicle models plus a decent number of other bits and pieces across the ages, so I think we’ve earned a week off.
As I mentioned above, we will be at Partizan this weekend. Despite its deep association with the Nottingham 28mm Mafia, it is a great show with some wonderful games on show and the venue is one of the best on the circuit. We’ll be in our usual spot near the café, so please do come along, have a chat, give some feedback and be tempted by some of our shiny offerings.
Finally for today, do keep an ear out for the next Gods Own Scale podcast, in which Sean Clark give me a grilling on all things 6mm and we chat about this year’s Joy of Six in which we reveal something very special happening on the day before the show…
